Salary: £42,012 + OTE + Overtime Opportunities

This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities who enjoys tackling complex repairs while supporting the development of junior team members.

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Identifying and rectifying complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards
• Maintaining accurate service and repair documentation
• Supporting, mentoring, and coaching apprentice and junior technicians
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative workshop culture

• Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Significant experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience carrying out complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
