Foreman (Interior Fit-Out)\nCardiff (Permanent or Freelance)\n£25 per hour (CIS/LTD) OR £40,000 + package\n\nWe’re recruiting for a Foreman to join an established regional contractor delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial and public-sector environments.\n\nThis role is specifically focused on internal fit-out works on a shopping centre scheme, requiring a foreman with strong interiors experience.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\n * Key role delivering interior fit-out on a live commercial project\n\n * Long-term work with a contractor offering a strong pipeline of projects\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Overseeing day-to-day delivery of internal fit-out works\n\n * Managing trades, subcontractors and materials on site\n\n * Supporting programme and working within a live environment\n\n * Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety\n\n * Taking a hands-on role where required\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on interior fit-out projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing\n\n * Comfortable working on live, fast-paced commercial schemes\n\n * Proactive, organised and able to lead from the front\n\nCertificates:\n\n * SSSTS or SMSTS\n\n * CSCS Card\n\n * First Aid (desirable)\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\nFreelance:\n\n * £25–£27 per hour (CIS or Ltd)\n\n * Long-term, consistent work\n\n * Company van & fuel card\n\nPermanent:\n\n * Salary circa £40,000\n\n * Company van & fuel card\n\n * Healthcare & full benefits package\n\n * Ongoing work across South Wales\n\nApply\n\nIf you're a foreman with strong interiors experience looking for your next role, apply now for more information
